Set Expression

Hi, I am facing a strange problem with my set expression.

When I am trying to pass a variable , its not working. Although its working when I am hard coding the value.

I need to make it dynamic and get a current quarter Loan Amout.

Attached is the QVW

Any help would be appreciated.
