System Monitor Link

I used to go this link to download the latest system monitor: http://community.qlik.com/qlikviews/1029

Now I get an An uUnexpected error has occurred'  with this page.

Anyone know where the latest System Monitor will be kept going forward or is the functionality being

incorporated in the Governance Dashboard?
