Truncating and keeping data in different rows for a single ID

Hi All,

I have a data set like bellow mentioned -

ID	No
1	AA751485:AA750402:AA750402:AA2503271:AA751716
2	MBJ-AA3EM1

And I want the Output as below-

ID	No
1	AA751485
1	AA751485
1	AA750402
1	AA2503271
1	AA751716
2	MBJ-AA3EM1

Can you please help me in getting this sorted.
