Can anyone please help to raise support case with Qlik for the below issue
Issue – Reload through QMC not working for new files migrated into Production. Can’t say 100% new files as it did work for couple of files that were related to my dashboard, however when I tried with multiple new test files, none of them were reloading through QMC. Even no entry in log files.
Also, when I do manual reload by opening QVW file, it works absolutely fine.

So its file errors which normally means either:
1- The file doesn't exist at the given location
2- The qlikview service account doesn't have access
3- The file is in use by another service
