Check out the exciting changes to our Qlik Ideation Portal

We're excited to share the key changes that have arrived to our Ideation portal, which will improve our user experience, our efficiency with reviewing, and the scalability of our process.   

 

For those new to Qlik Ideation:

At Qlik Ideation, you (as a Customer, Partner Luminary or MVP) can vote for your favorite product ideas and suggest your own. All new ideas are reviewed by product management within 8 weeks of submission and consider all ideas for strategic fit. Product management also reviews hot and top ideas at the beginning of every planning cycle.

 

What has changed?

The Suggest and Browse page now has an embedded Qlik Sense app.

From here you can easily:

1. Navigate to the next sheet to search, filter, and engage with ideas. 
2. Suggest a new Idea.
3. Use our new dashboard to search and filter by status, product label, user, and more. It also enables you to vote for, comment on, or even indicate the priority of ideas you’re interested in, as well as track their status and subscribe to updates.

I can confirm that the best way forward is to email ideation@qlik.com in case of access issues. Before you do though, make sure that whoever needs access has a valid Qlik account in the community and has attempted to log an idea once following these instructions: How to submit an Idea on the Ideation

Hello,

Just as other people posting here I am currently unable to log into Qlik Ideation. It jumps to PENDO site where I got "invalid password" message. Tried to reset the password several times but no mail came back (SPAM folder checked).

I have also sent an email to the ideation@qlik.com address, as advised on this forum, but just no reply from here either.

Can anybody offer support, advice what to do now?

logon to the support portal and then go to Ideation | Qlik Community (use this link directly), for me this helped at least for now.

It is indeed difficult to log in to the ideation portal, and I have noticed it is even more difficult in Firefox than in Chrome. I have raised this issue here and got a reply that they're working on it but no update on when: How can it be so difficult to enter the ideation area?
