Q&A:

Q: Is this capability accessible through an MCP server? if yes, can these steps be completed via Claude through MCP?

A: It is planned to make this part of the Qlik MCP agentic-AI portfolio. Dynamic Engine then can support this workload once deployed.

Q: Does the Dynamic Engine support replication capabilities equivalent to the "Qlik Data gateway - Data Movement", or is it only for artifacts that can be generated from Talend Studio?

A: As of today, only Talend Studio artifacts can be deployed or operated on the Dynamic Engine, but we plan to support the Data Movement Gateway tasks at scale using the same processing platform. Expect more information about this in the second half of 2026 on this topic.

Q: How do token engines work with dynamic engines cost?

A: The same engine tokens are used for operating the Dynamic Engine, charged at the Dynamic Engine Environment level (18k tokens per DEE). Then, using QTC and its capacity pricing model, there is no limit of using DEE.
