Did You Notice That You Can Like, Reply and Preview a Post Easier Than Before?

Did you notice that when you are on the Community Home page, Category Landing page or on a Document board you can now “Like” and “Reply” to the post without having to open the entire post? Did you also notice that you can choose “Show More” to preview the entire post?   If you didn’t notice, below is what it looks like. This not currently available on discussion boards because those boards are not yet redesigned, however we are investigating that possibility.

Also noticed that the thread is now sorted by the thread with the most recent response rather than just by the most recent thread created. I think this is a huge improvement and a lot of us trying to help will appreciate the change.

This is one of my favorite updates as it allows for increased speed and efficiency for our members. Keep in mind that if you want to read all replies to a post you have to do that from within the post. So, if you see a thread with 20 replies you may want to dig and read further. Likewise, if you see a question that you can answer that has zero replies this may work great for you. Hope you enjoy this update everyone!
