High Five - February 2023, Mark Winter

Happy February, Qlik Community.  

It is super important that we keep our Qlik Community spam free. Besides our spam filter, we rely on our members to let us know when spam is identified. We began to notice Mark through his frequent reports of spam and suspicious activity. We are extremely grateful for Mark and his dedication to ensuring a safe environment for all. 

Meet Mark Winter, a Qlik Community rising star!  Mark holds the 'Creator' rank,  joined the Qlik Community in 2019, and is logged in daily helping others and posting regularly. Mark is a perfect example of a member shifting from consumer of information to interacting in the Community and making a difference. Let's give Mark a High five by leaving a "like" and "comment" to show our appreciation!     Below is a message from Mark:

Hi, everyone in our Qlik Community ,

I'm Mark, and I work for a large financial organisation operating across the globe, living in Sheffield in the north of England with my wife, eight-year-old son, and our cat, Rosie . Being there for the family takes up most of my time, mainly as a keen home cook  and a football (soccer) coach helping out with the team my son plays with. Between all that, I have ambitions to start picking up and learning to play acoustic guitar . As a family, we love spending time with our extended family and friends, planning our next holidays (vacations) together, and enjoying the natural world around us closer to home, with which we're very blessed. 

The Qlik Community is a place I have a great affection for. While it's something we can all give to, it's also something we can all take a share of in our times of need. I take quiet satisfaction in being able to help out someone struggling with an issue I know I can help toward finding a solution for. Still, I know that it is always there to be repaid many times over in return by others, for which I am always thankful - the sum of our shared experience is greater than any single one could ever be.
