Bug QV-10133: QlikView 12.10 SR3 Script Editor opens very slow. Was fast in QV11.20

Developers are complaining that the script editor opens very slowly. If you have to switch between script and layout frequently it's really a pain.

I did a demonstrationo video on my laptop.
- QV11.20 SR8 opens Script edtior in < 2 Seconds
- QV 12.10 SR3 takes 15 seconds

--> Qlik Support gave me a BugID QV10133. I haven't checked SR4 yet!
