So glad you like it.  This quarter, we have been focused on running 'real world' workshops using the material as a basis...building out new templates and gathering feedback.  You will see an updated version in early July from these efforts.  In the meantime, please provide as much feedback as you can!  Good luck.

Excellent document!

From my experience of working a longer time with a QlikView CoE in a larger corporation, this document investigates many very relevant aspects of building an effective CoE.

Realistic, concrete and not too Technology-focused. Great work and thanks for sharing it!

Hello everyone, I just posted a new version of this document to the group.  It is mostly the same but I needed to replace QlikView with the more generic "Qlik" because the document is just as relevant to Qlik Sense deployments.
