    Oi galera.

Podem me dar algumas dicas, sou novato no Qlik.

Hello, I'm glad to be a new member in this community.

We are experiencing a problem sending the NPrinting reports.

Years ago we had configured an office365 account to send the reports. Then we started with problems. We executed some tasks but only few were sent or experienced delays.

Then we found another SMTP server on Internet with old TLS and basic authentication and all were fine. Lately we had to find another SMTP server that is the actual.

We want to use office365 again, but I don't know if it's possible or not. We need to avoid delaying problems.

I have seen this topic that I think it's the same problem:

    https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-NPrinting/Using-Office-365-with-SMTP-Authentication-in-NPrinting/td-p/1949132

    May you help us?

    Our NPrinting version is 17.3.1.0

    Thanks in advance

    Hi, All,

Our NPrinting DEV server (May 2023 IR) has been running well for months. But yesterday I noticed its engine status is offline. Meanwhile, a task hangs (with 'Running' status) there forever.

So far I have checked/done the following but they do not help:
. All NPrintng services are running.
. I have rebooted the server a couple of times.

I found this error in engine.log and scheduler.log: RabbitMq service is not connected - trying again in 60 seconds. ERROR: RabbitMQ.Client.Exceptions.BrokerUnreachableException: None of the specified endpoints were reachable

I followed the instruction in this link (https://help.qlik.com/en-US/nprinting/May2023/Content/NPrinting/Troubleshooting/Qlik-NPrinting-Messaging-Service-startup-connection-problems.htm) and executed ''rabbitmqctl.bat status' command, it gave me error saying I need to run 'rabbitmqctl start_app' command first. So I ran that 'rabbitmqctl start_app' command. It only displayed a message 'Starting node xxxxx...' and then returned. But the problem remains.

I have submitted Qlik support ticket. Just want to seek advice from the community while I am waiting.

    Thanks

Hi guys, I have an input table with the % of comission for each Product Type Sale for each SalesMan.

The table looks like this (in the real case the SalesManID is dynamic, it's not only for 4 salesman) :

            4 5 12 14
    CompanyCode FamilyCode SubFamilyCode FamilyDescription SalesmanId4 SalesManId5 SalesManId12 SalesManId14
    1 ANIM ********** XXX 10% 5% 10% 10%
    1 APPR ********** YYY 5% 10% 5% 10%
    1 AV ********** ZZZ 10% 10% 10% 5%

And I'd like to get an output of a desired table like this :

    FamilyCode SalesManId %Comission
    ANIM 4 10%
    ANIM 5 5%
    ANIM 12 10%
    ANIM 14 10%
    APPR 4 5%
    APPR 5 10%
    APPR 12 5%
    APPR 14 10%
    AV 4 10%
    AV 5 10%
    AV 12 10%
    AV 14 5%

Could anybody help me please? I don't know if crosstable it's the best option, I'm trying to do it but with no results.

PD : I've attached the example in excel, in order to make it easier for everyone to understand.

    Kind regards, Marcel.

Is there a way to migrate sys.dm_database_encryption_keys from source, to target database?

I have 'always encrypted keys' - column master keys, and column encryption keys in source database.

However, when I finish the migration, at target, I don't see these information. As well as at target, the "sys.dm_database_encryption_keys" don't have any encryption information.

I am experiencing frequent QDG drops.

I have turned on notifications for Data Gateways Data gateway state has changed within Profile Settings and now (sometimes) receive email notifications when QDG's disconnect/connect.

The problem is that I don't get these emails. Sometimes I'll get a 'disconnected' email without getting the follow up 'connected' email and vice versa.

Is this as issue that anybody else is facing?

Is an ODBC driver needed for landing data to Snowflake?

I have two questions regarding the help documentation provided at the following link: https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Conten... Show More

I have two questions regarding the help documentation provided at the following link:

    https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/DataIntegration/TargetConnections/snowflake-target.htm

I am uncertain about when the Snowflake ODBC driver is required and when it is not.

    1. "A driver is only required if you are accessing the database via a Data Movement gateway."
Does "the database" refer to the source database from which data is being extracted (e.g., Oracle)?

    2. "If the target database is directly accessible from Qlik Cloud, select None."
Is the "target database" in this context referring to Snowflake?

Considering the following scenario for data movement:
FROM: Oracle on-premise internal environment (accessed via a Data Movement gateway)
TO: Snowflake in a trial environment (directly accessible from Qlik Cloud)

In this case, is it necessary to have both the Oracle ODBC driver for the Data Movement gateway and the Snowflake ODBC driver?
Additionally, should we select 'None' for the Snowflake connection type since it is directly accessible from Qlik Cloud?

"Is my understanding correct that even if Qlik Cloud has direct access to Snowflake, if the connection from the Oracle side is via a Gateway, an ODBC driver for Snowflake is required? I thought that selecting 'None' would mean that I don't need an ODBC driver, but in fact, without the ODBC driver, the data landing resulted in an error."

    Simplifying a table structure

I have a spreadsheet to load into Qlik in the following format:

    Order ID Org1 OrgType1 Amount1 Org2 OrgType2 Amount2 Org3 OrgType3 Amount3
10001 AAA Internal 1000 BBB Internal 300 CCC External 600
10002 DDD Internal 1500 AAA Internal 200 EEE External 900
10003 EEE External 800 FFF Internal 700 AAA Internal 1200

    ...and so on.

But what I really want to work with in Qlik is a table like this:

    Order ID Org OrgType Amount
    10001 AAA Internal 1000
    10001 BBB Internal 300
    10001 CCC External 600
    10002 DDD Internal 1500
    10002 AAA Internal 200
    10002 EEE External 900
    10003 EEE External 800
    10003 FFF Internal 700
    10003 AAA Internal 1200

Can anyone tell me how to get my data into that format?

    Thanks in advance,
    Dan
