Have you seen the QlikView apps posted on the Epic UserWeb? You'll find the entire Cogito Star in 19 apps crafted by CHOA (it's an older version than available today, but a great starting point).
There is also a Chronicles -> Clarity -> Cogito Star data lineage app that many find helpful.
What is Miami up to with Qlik?
We are heating it up for Qlik in Miami here and for Qlik's Florida conference. Just think of it as a warm welcome to our state. At the University of Miami we have started to heavily engage in Population Health Management in the last year and I recently discovered Qlik and its capabilities to parse through EPIC data like a butter knife. Have yourself some Florida lobster, because this has been a rich experience for us!!
I am sure there will be more to come, thanks to the combined capabilities... I believe our IT folks are currently entertaining some of the enterprise options as they should.
I will check those out, thanks Joe!
This is an example of a high level payer performance report we wrote within a week.
Hi,
We are in the process of standing up Star and I'd like to look at the Qlikview apps developed by CHOA and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. But the apps on the Epic UserWeb repository look like old versions. Are newer versions available?
Thanks,
Jeff
Hi Jeff,
I'm forming a group of customers that have apps on the latest versions of Cogito Star. Would you like to join a working session to review what they have and help to make the latest apps available on the Epic UserWeb?
Anyone like to join?
Please contact me at joe.warbington@qlik.com
Hi Joe,
Sounds good. We are just getting started with Star but in the future we should be able to contribute some apps.
Thanks,
Jeff
Hey Joe,
I would be more than happy to participate. We have a little over a year into Cogito Star. We have also joined data from our modeling system PIC (Payment Integrity Compass). It helps if you are looking at financials and want to see expected versus actual payments.
Thanks,
James
