Embedded component does not load in Radar

When embedding a QlikView app into a Radar Dashboard as a Native HTML/Embedded Component we run into a problem where the QV app will not load and Hyperspace ends up hanging. Attached are some screenshots of the setup along with the Ajax URL. If anyone has any ideas how to solve this problem it would be greatly appreciated.

The only link that works is the QlikView Single Object (Clinic Pathways Outliers): http://us-d.demo.qlik.com/QvAJAXZfc/singleobject.htm?document=qvdocs%2FClinical%20Pathways.qvw&host=... . When trying to implement the format of this link into Radar using one of our QlikView apps a Script Error pops-up (An error has
occurred in the script on this page. …Do you want to continue running scripts
on this page?). Clicking on either Yes or No nothing happens, the component is blank.

The same script error occurs on the following links: Qlik Sense Hub, Qlik Sense App (Ebola), Qlik Sense Single Object, and Qlik Sense single object URL. These are https:// links and when trying to open the link using IE or Chrome a blank white screen is displayed. The first link QlikView Full App (Clinical Pathways) opens in IE & Chrome but in Radar the component is blank.

Please open a Sherlock support ticket with Epic. I've seen them solve similar issues with other clients - sometimes it has to do with handling pop-ups within Hyperspace/Radar and other times it was a security configuration on Citrix for the clients.

How are you and the users using Hyperspace? Thick client or through Citrix?

Epic TS have some workarounds for formatting links to launch in Radar. They can, for example, stop pop-ups from happening with some code in the Source URL field.

Turns out our server was behind in security patches and once these were updated our problems with embedded components were fixed.

Joe, you seem to imply in this post last year that Epic already had a workaround for suppressing popup browsers outside of Hyperspace. Could we try that?

Possibly. You can suppress pop-ups for Radar Native HTML objects and some links with the following code that you'd prepend to your links:
