Scrollbar in Container

Noticed that If a table is in a container, and the width is not enough to show all columns, the columns on the right are not shown (expected), and there is no horizintal scrollbar (unexpected).

The problem doesn't exist in Web View.

Found in QV 11.20.  Reproduced in 10 and 11.0

Wondering if it is a known issue.
