adding multiple columns to a tablebox via macro fails on second column

it's currently not possible to add multiple columns to a tablebox

Affected versions: at least 10.00.8935.7 SR2 64-bit

This Bug (ID 39226 ?) - multiple TableBox.AddField - seems to be fixed

in version: 10.00.9055.7 SR3 64-bit
