dynamic creation of pivot- an straighttables via macro fails, when ShrinkFrameToData set to true

Below you can see the results for the creation of one pivot and one straighttable via macro.

The only difference between the first and second execution is the setting for ShrinkFrameToData on the framelayout-object

Affected versions: at least 10.00.8935.7 SR2 64-bit German
