Since it's already mentioned: "Tables loaded through a semantic statement cannot be concatenated", it's not surprising, that an statement like "semantic add load .. " is not allowed, but "semantic replace load..." ends up on "Inconsistent use of semantic fields".
Therefore you can't use it in conjunction.
