GeoAnalytics error when using QVMC

Hello,

Recently, a client deployed a new qvw with a GeoAnalytics visualisation. When I reload the qvw manually, no error occurs, but when I reload the qvw in the QlikView Management Console, I get the following error (from the log file):

20181105T100810.164+0100 Information 2018-11-05 10:08:08      Error: QVX_SYNTAX_ERROR: Failed to process query: Failed to create dataset regio_layer: You are not allowed to use the GEOFILE dataset type: Key not found.

I don't understand what is wrong and can't find a satisfying answer online. Can anyone help me out, please?

Sounds like access to local files are not allowed on the server.

I presume that QGA Plus is installed and local files are loaded in QV desktop.
