Is the license server for GeoAnalytics down?

Trying to activate what I believe is a valid license for GeoAnalytics for Sense Desktop but get error: "Could not communicate with License server".

For when do you estimate that the server will work again? Is there any other way to assign the license? Thank you!

Hi, It should be up sine long time ago. Are you experiencing any problems?

Hi Jonas,

The problems seems to still persist. The Map charts are showing Error:Invalid Key and the connector shows the below error:

Me too, however the same key is working for me against a local geoanalytics server so I surmise that the cloud hosted server is down. I've reported it to support.

The license server is now up and running again and works for me at least, hopefully this has resolved your issue as well.

Works for me too - however going forward i have to come up with stable solution (local server).
