Add custom filter | Drag column in table view

Hi,

I am new to Qlik. I created the account and got a trial login for one month. I need to test a few things. I added data using the excel sheet. Now I want to create a report preview on that.  So I make the below table view 

I want to add a few things to that table view. 
custom filter for search and users can customize those filters more. 
Users can add some extra columns just by dragging and dropping them from the data list provided.
