Group Hierarchy

I have a group hierarchy structure based in the attached file. How could I load these hierarchy at Qlikview?

First Level metadata name: Group

Second Level metadata name: Sub-Group1

Second Level metadata name: Sub-Group2

Second Level metadata name: Sub-Group3

Second Level metadata name: Sub-Group4

You need to use a Hierachy Load as follows:

Hierarchy (ID, Parent, Group)
