Nprinting - Reload Metadata - Report get wrong

Hi,

i have an nprinting model with Barchart object with years in X axis

the years order is 

2024..2023..2022..2021 and etc

now i have this object in report and i send it to the Email ( Pdf File) and the task trigger is every morning.

also i trigger the connection to reload metadata every 1h.

until last week everything was good but now i get the report

with X axis  order 2021..2022..2023..2024 although it is the opposite in the model.

if i do Reload metadata to the connection and run the task again it send it fine (2024..2023..2022..)

i tried

1.to add reload metadata triger near the runing time of the Task - didnt work

2. export the report and import it again with new task - didnt work

can you guys know this problem? have any suggestion?

My Nprinting version is May 2023 SR1 23.20.3.0

Ensure you are using a supported version of Qlik Sense for your version of NPrinting.

Qlik Sense compatibility

Qlik NPrinting May 2023 is compatible with the following Qlik Sense versions (initial release and all patches supported unless noted):

Minimum supported version is Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows August 2022.

Maximum supported version is Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows May 2024.

If your Qlik Sense version compatibility is not the issue, please start a support case if further feedback in this forum is not forthcoming.
