Report not appearing in folder

I am trying to send a report to a shared folder, but it is not working. 

I have set up the folder like this:

it says in quite vivid colours that what you are doing is not supported

Once you deal with this read all other requirements (for example folder read/write permissions for the NPrinitng service account)

I followed a Qlik help tutorial : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myQPvd4TXWg

I had trouble defining the UNC paths, but I got it working. I will read the documentation next time instead of using the tutorials.

Hi @Simon4 

I am glad you got it working. Youtube tutorial could refer to local drive on NPrinitng machine(not mapped drive). Anyway - help.qlik.com is always better start as there you are able to choose version of software you are using and since functionalities between versions can be different this is actually quite important.

regardless - help.qlik.com is mine good friend when it comes to any initial questions i usually have.
