Ajax display issues: Smaller font, bigger objects

Hi,

I have created a QlikView app that is being viewed by 6 different end users.  Everyone in the group uses the Internet Explorer browser and AccessPoint to view the app, using the ajax settings.  The QlikView documents appear correctly for almost all end users, but one user has the app showing up with the following display issues:

The font appears much smaller inside the objects.

All list boxes, selection boxes, charts and graphs are appearing twice the normal size.

A horizontal scroll bar appears at the bottom of the brower because the objects are doubling in size.

I am very certain these issues are occuring because of the brower settings the user has set up, but I don't know how to fix this to display the QlikView application normally.  The user has a screen resolution of 1440 x 900 with no theme selected, but so does everyone else.  Please help.

I realize that this post is month's old, but I am facing an identical issue and have not been able to find any solutions to this problem.

This post was about a similar situation: http://community.qlik.com/thread/62405.  But the solution of turning on WebView when designing doesn't solve the problem of fonts shrinking when viewed on AccessPoint with AJAX.

Has anyone found a viable solution or workaround?

Are most of you resorting to using the IE Plugin to get around the AJAX display issues?  If so, how are you dealing with users who use Chrome or Firefox?

Open to all suggestions.

I also realize this original post is well over a year old.  I am running into a similar issue of font type not being consistent when viewed in Ajax.  Some fonts show up in Arial, others show up in Times New Roman.

Trying to bump this thread in case someone has an answer.

I am using 11.2 for both desktop and server.
