Best way to add in a non directional field during load

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can help me. I am currently doing analysis of an airline company, and I have their departing airport, Arriving airport, and therefore their directional route

EG, HKG-SEA

Now I am looking for the best way to create a field during the load that creates a total for non directional travel.

For example all the traffic that goes between HKG-SEA and SEA-HKG.
