Error while logging in Access Point

Hi all,

Need your suggestions on, While i logging in access point i am getting below error. Also,I am having section access on my qlikview document is this because of section access. let me know if anybody faces same problem It will help a lot.

Add the user names / CAL in the section access, with which you are going to open the the document.

Have you reloaded the qvw since adding you credential in section access? If not, you need to!

Yes, I have reloaded .qvw after changing credentials in section access.

Is this section access with data reduction?

Have you got 'Strict Exclusion' Checked, if you have this will cause issues if your user is not classed as ADMIN

Strict Exclusion If this check box is marked in combination with Initial Data Reduction Based

on Section Access, strict exclusion will be used when reducing the data. This

means that access to the document will be denied whenever the field values in

the section access reduction fields lack matches in their corresponding section

application field. This, however, does not apply for users with Admin status,

who instead will see the unreduced data set if there are no matches
