count logic in Bar chart

Hi  All

I am having a Chart which has two dimension . in the expression i want to use below logic . Can you advice how to implement in Qlikview .

If value , Field is  notnull , Then increment count by 1

Note : Users expect this cumulative count as the count of  count of value
