Date fields not showing on Sheets

My data sources have multiple date fields that have been converted from Timestamps. When I try to load those columns into a table or use those fields as filters they all show as null/empty

Then when I try to add Invoice Date to a sheet I get this

Not sure why it wont show up but I was able to fix the issue. I created a calculated field first by stripping the timestamp out and converted the remaining values to a date. It shows up now.
