How show and hide container object?

hi

I have container object that needs to be shown when I click on the tab name .It should disappear when I click anywhere else on the sheet. Can anybody please help how this can be done?

Doesnt Seem to work. What I need to do is I need to display the container when I click on the tab name and it should disappear when i click any where else on the sheet. I am not making use of any Buttons
