How to assign the QMSManagementAPI group right?

When I called the QMS web service,I got the error: Authorization failed for user XXXX, required access level is QlikViewManagementAPI. But in the QMS console, I can't assigned the user to the group. Where can I set the access level and how to do this?  In the APP server or Web server?

You need to create a windows local group called "Qlikview Management API" in the application server and add you users to that group.
