My Rank - My Points - get confused

Hi,

It looks as if the calculation of the personal rankings and personal points is no longer correct?

I have 887 points - in the list I now stand with 1828 points?


This looks as if something has got mixed up.

Thanks for your post. You are right, the number of points showing in the My Rank listings are incorrect. We are working with our vendor to get this corrected and will let you know when complete. I think there might also be an issue with points awarded duplicating in some situations, just something I have noticed!

I was just about to report this.

I thought it was because I had an older account and both account points were being merged in the ranking of my current account... Yay!!! QlikCommunity's ranking is super advanced and will show the total number of points in both sides eventually...

I hope that's the reason for me and as Andrew said... we can keep the points haha!

For the record... I cannot find my older account now, but it was linked to carlos.reyes@qlikmex.com

I'm happy to report that our leaderboard issues have been resolved. You should now see the correct point totals anywhere they are displayed.
