Manoj, I've put together a quick example for you.

Once you do the reload, goto the table viewer and you would understand the purpose of Generic load.

Get list boxes for all fields and you would see how nicely the association works. And if you go to the table viewer and do a preview of each of the tables, you will find they contain only the relevant rows and all are joined by "Object"

Load the file and precede the load statement by a keyword "Generic"
