QlikView 12 - Certification

Any one can tell me when QlikView 12 Designer and Developer certification available at pearson vue?

If any body have QlikView 12 Tutorial or QlikView 12 Reference Manual (official), please share me.

Hi Karen

I was trying to book a slot for qlikview designer examination in pearsonvue.com.

The website for some reason is not allowing me to book the slot for qlik designer and i can see 3 new exams that are

QV12BA	QlikView 12 Business Analyst Certification Exam
QV12DA	QlikView 12 Data Architect Certification Exam
QV12SA	QlikView 12 System Administrator Certification Exam

I couldnt find any of these on qlik community and dont know any details (pass %,marking scheme etc ).

Can you throw some light?

As of QlikView 12, the names of the exams have changed to bring the names of the QlikView exams we have in line with the exams we have for Qlik Sense. As a result, there are no Designer and Developer exams anymore.

The exam closest to the Designer exam is the Business Analyst exam.

The exam closest to the Developer exam is the Data Architect exam.

Administrator obviously is still Administrator.

Thanks for the prompt response Onno..So only the name has changed and as far as prepration and marking schemes are concerned they are still the same as designer(65%)...?

Hi I was looking for the QV11 Dev Cert, but now is only certs for QV12 (with the names of QS).

Anyway, there is no info at Qlik webpage, still appears the old one cert, when do you update the info? Is a little bit strange that the info was update from outside Qlik but not in the official page.

Stop looking for QV11 Dev as it has been replaced by QV12 Data Architect .

I am sure Karen is working on getting the page updated. My guess is were got unlucky with the Qlik Sense June/July 2017 and NP release also being at the same time.

I will contact Karen about this just to be sure she knows.

QlikView 12 Certification Exams are finally available!

Here's the minimum passing scores:

QlikView 12 System Administrator - 65%

QlikView 12 Data Architect - 73%

QlikView 12 Business Analyst - 65%

Passing the QlikView 12 Data Architect exam awards BOTH the QlikView 12 Data Architect AND Business Analyst Certifications.

Yes, all the QlikView Certification exams are 120 minutes.
