Hello,
When client launch the Designer application It asks him for credentials, but the ones provided don't work correctly.
Error is: HTTP all error sending request .....Http status code 429 (429).
It seems like problem occured after restarting Qlik Sense services (because of G3 Broker API error message).
Any suggestions please?
Thank you,
Michaela
Hi,
Qlik NPrinting Designer ask the username and password of a Qlik NPrinting user with developer or administrator role one time. After the first time you enter the credentials they should be stored and never asked again.
If it continue to ask, when it will be available, please upgrade to April 2018 that has a different authentication method.
Best Regards,
Ruggero

Hi Michaela,
Were you able to find a solution to your issue? I've recently encountered this same problem and am unable to resolve.
Thanks in advance,
Eric

I just ran into the same thing, and it happened after shutting down the NP server to add memory and then after we started it back up NP Designer now asks for a password for me but when I enter it, it says it is invalid. Turns out, just by relogging in a 2nd time via Window Authentication, I can now get into the Designer....frustrating. (And wouldn't the next NP version by May 2018?...not that waiting for the next version is a solution)
Hi,
As I wrote in my previous post, next version will be April 2018 and it will be released soon, not May. It has a new authentication method that solves this.
Until the new release, Windows authentication should works, or you can enter username and password every time the Designer asks them and it will works. The bug is that credentials could be asked every time.
Best Regards,
Ruggero
