Hi,
Look in the QlikView server logs under C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikViewServer (default path) for the Events.log which should hold the full information and see what you have in there.

Hi,
I'm not sure my answer will help you at once but some time ago I saw some post (at the Qommunity) with similar issue and as far as I remember the issue was resolved by turning off of some setting at the server or publisher side which is available via QMC but are not covered by license. If this happens during reload it's better to check all the related settings in order to leave only those ones which a covered by your license. We only have a server license and I cannot see something suspicious so if you use publisher check its settings maybe you'll find something strange.
Best regards,
Maxim

What version are you running. There was a issue and it was corrected with a upgrade or patch.

I'm facing similar problem in QV 11 SR 7 setup.
Below error message taken from Windows event viewer:
The description for Event ID 300 from source QlikViewServer cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.
If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.
The following information was included with the event:
CQvXmlInterfaceRequestHandler - Catch: Threw an error...
Any suggestions??
Thanks..
