Can't get to properties in Webview

Hello All -

I'm having an issue where if I right click, I can't get to the properties when in Webview:

Works fine when I switch back. I've checked Security in both Document Properties and Sheet Properties, but nothing looks amiss...Using version 11.2SR13 .

Any thoughts?

Is that happen in Enterprise edition or Access point. Can you explain in detail because if it is in Desktop I don't think so whether why it is not working

It's happening on the desktop version.
