Do you have any good idea  to solve the blank or ctrl code in one column become same value?

The data sample would be perfect start.

for example , when the data not cleaning, one column(i.e. Brand NO.),  has null code & space, when we group by the Brand NO., there have two rows will display .Can we do something in the ETL Script ? (i.e.verify the ascii code)
