Filename encoding for my mac

Hi Experts, I am trying to load Qlikview on my Mac. While I am loading it gives the message as "You need to supply the filename encoding to open this file".  so which Filename encoding , I should give. Just to mention, I am from canada and need it in English.

Hello Harpal,

don't know exactly what you mean with "to load QV an my Mac". To run QV you need Windows as Operating System. May be you got a virtuell machine with wine or vmware.
