straight table total

Hi Guys,

I am posting an application here,I have created a straight table where I want the sum of total freight grouped by Inv no and LB-Business division hence for the Inv no I have selected  INI1431006190

the sum column should be

sum

2887(total)

1887

1887

1887

1000

why it is giving me 3779?it should be 1887

1887(629+629+629) because the Inv no and LB-Business Unit are same.

Please help..Urgent requirement

!

When I make a list box with check and show the frequency, I get:check freq.png

You might look at your data to see why checks 3567, 68,69 are in twice.

You have duplicate data somewhere. Try this expression:

=sum(total <[LB-Business Division], [Inv. No.]> aggr(max( [Total Freight]), [LB-Business Division], [Inv. No.],check))
