Dear Qlik Replicate customers,
Salesforce has announced the deprecation of theUse Any API Clientuser permission. For details, seeDeprecating "Use Any API Client" User Permission | help.salesforce.com.
We understand that this is a security-related change, and Qlik is actively addressing it by developing Qlik Replicate support forOAuth Authentication. This work is a top priority for our team at present.
If you are affected by this change and have activated access policies relying on this permission, we recommend reaching out to Salesforce to request an extension. We are aware that some customers have successfully obtained an additional month of access.
By the end of this extension period, we expect to have an alternative solution in place using OAuth.Customers using the Qlik Replicate tool to read data from the Salesforce source should be aware of this change.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we work to ensure a smooth transition. If you have any questions, we're happy to assist. Reply to this blog post or take your queries to our Support Chat.

How Qlik's Partner Customer NPS Program Improves Your Qlik Support Experience
At Qlik, we believe great customer experiences start with listening.
That’s why we launched the Partner Customer NPS (Net Promoter Score) Program, a feedback initiative designed to capture your voice, understand your satisfaction, and help our partners continuously improve how they support you.
What Is the Partner’s Customer NPS Program?
When you receive a short NPS survey from Qlik or one of our partners, you’re invited to rate your experience with the partner who supports your Qlik environment.
This helps us understand how well our partners are delivering responsiveness, expertise, and overall satisfaction.
Your feedback is collected, analyzed, and shared with both Qlik and the partner, so your input directly influences how we enhance your support experience.
Why It Matters to You
Complete a quick NPC Survey > We and Qlik review your feedback > We act and track the progress over time
How you canparticipate
When you see an email or notification requesting feedback, please take a minute to complete it.Your response doesn’t just measure satisfaction; it helps ensure that:
Your support partner is recognized for excellence.
Qlik identifies areas for improvement across all partners.
Future interactions with support become simpler, faster, and better.
Together, We Improve Every Day…
“The Partner NPS program is more than a survey; it’s a bridge between your experience, our partners, and Qlik’s commitment to customer excellence.Thank you for sharing your voice, you are helping us make Qlik Support better for everyone.”

I wanted to share a quick update on the AWS incident reported on October 20, which caused intermittent impact for some Qlik Cloud tenants. Firstly, my apologies to those who were affected, our customers are always our top priority.
In terms of response, our on-call teams engaged within minutes. The EMEA team led the initial response, then handed over smoothly to our US team, and we worked with AWS until recovery. All affected services are now operating normally, and no action is required from you.
Next, we are completing a full post-incident review. Incidents like this are rare, and we are evaluating additional safeguards to further strengthen reliability and resiliency.
Thank you for your trust and partnership.
Sam Pierson.

Most forecasts fall short because they treat drivers in isolation. Multivariate Time Series in Qlik Predict™ models interconnected factors like promotions, weather, and costs, so forecasts reflect real-world complexity. Analysts can build no-code models in minutes, explain results with SHAP transparency, and trigger proactive actions through Qlik automations. With governance and MLOps built in, models stay trusted and enterprise-ready. Fully embedded in Qlik Cloud, Multivariate Time Series turns analysis into action faster than standalone AutoML tools that stop at raw predictions.
