Dear Members,
I am thrilled to introduce Emma Spickerman (@emmaspickerman)who joins Global Customer Marketing as a Community Manager.Emma will be focused on driving engagement across our newly launched Partner area within the Qlik Community. She will also contribute to other advocacy programs including the Partner Ambassador Program.
If you are a Qlik Partner who is also participating in our Qlik Community, this is the person you want to know! (and If you are not participating she will find you! 😄) Emma will be working in collaboration with the Partner Organization to bring news and updates to our (partner) members while making sure no question is left behind.
Emma comes to us with a strong background in Digital Marketing, Consumer Marketing, Public Relations and Sales. She has worked with big brands such as TJX Companies, Inc, Zac Posen and Lexus. Her Bachelor’s degree is from Parsons School of Design in Strategic Design & Management and she also holds a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University.
Based in Massachusetts, Emma loves animals and will be adopting a Cavapoo puppy in the coming months, who she plans to name Beau.
Please help me give a very warm welcome to Emma as she starts her journey with Qlik and our Qlik Community!

I cannot believe it’s May already – in the US that means schools are winding down and summer is coming! Bring on the sunshine, pool, and BBQ! For the Qlik Community, that means we have some hot new updates for you!
Product List
Products are primarily used within our Support Knowledgebase and Release Notes. We’ve cleaned up the products list to make filtering easier. We also condensed Qlik Sense Enterprise SaaS and Qlik Sense Business to one product, Qlik Cloud.
Qlik Cloud Change Log
Use the new Qlik Cloud Change Log card on the Product News carousel for easy access to what’s new in Qlik Cloud. A link to the Help page has also been added to the Qlik Cloud release notes (going forward).
Chat Bot
Have you reached an inaccessible area on Qlik Community? The message directs you where to go for assistance, but we’ve also added the Chat Bot to the page so you can easily reach out to Customer Support for assistance!
Typically, we would be on a freeze until July but we are just too excited to wait for the upcoming enhancements! Check back in a few weeks for a few new updates!

Hello Qlik Community!
QlikWorld 2022 is only a month away, and we have been gearing up behind the scenes. With all the hustling, we still couldn’t be stopped from putting out a few enhancements for you!
Here is a quick overview of what’s new for the month of April:
Expanded Chat Bot
You will now see Chat Bot on all of the Product News pages and the Search page. This means whether you’re downloading Qlik software, reading the Release Notes or in the middle of a search, help is only a click (Qlik? 😉) away!
Products search fixed on Release Notes page
An issue with the search in the Products filter was identified and is fixed.
‘Last Updated’ field added to Release Notes post
A user requested to know when Release Notes posts are updated. The ‘Last Updated’ timestamp is now visible on Release Notes posts.
Check back next month for more improvements coming your way!
