Not able to install Qliksense 3.1 desktop version

Hi,

I am working with Qliksense desktop from 3 months and suddenly i got blank page while opening the qliksense and i have uninstalled and tried to install the software(which  worked completely fine before),while i am trying to install qliksense desktop i am getting installation failed error,

Try upgrading to the last version available, the use of QS desktop 3.1 sr6 will end in July

Version 4 is due in June

Hi Srilatha,

When you saw a blank page, did u try to refresh the application?? This issues happens sometimes, because some services would not have been started as yet. The will be a delay so a refresh would help to load

Qlik Sense Desktop white screen after start

Since you have uninstalled desktop now, before reinstalling did you delete this folder 'C:\Users\<user>\Documents\Qlik' ??

If not please do so and dont forget to take a back up of apps and extensions
