Qlik sense data clean

Hi Guys,

I have lot of sub fields in a single column how to make this data structure.

Kindly reply asap because it is little urgent

I have even attached the image for the reference and after this column I have month in row format and values which cannot be shared.

Field = Firstname LastName

Subfield(Field,' ',1) = FirstName

Subfield(Field,' ',-1) = LastName

At the same time I have months in row format what to do 

For Eg:-

KPI - 1st field (In that I have lot of subfield like I attached image above)

than months in row format apr23, may23, Jun23 etc upto mar 24 - Plan 

same after one column have same column name but this is for Actual Budget

What do you expect the outcome of your load to be?

It might be simpler to rework your spreadsheet to be more compatible with your goal.
