Why not prevent multiple ID's from being selected in the first place? The easiest way is to first select one value in the listbox and then enable the option Always One Selected Value. Another option is to assign a fixed list of values to the input box on the Constraints tab. Choose one of the Predefined Values ... options and use =concat({1}distinct ID, ',') for Listed Values.

Requirement is to give ability to enter multiple ID's.
