NPrinting & Excel

Customer using NP 20.0.2.0. All appears installed correctly. When they go into NP Designer & try to create a new report (or look at an existing one) it says:

"Qlik NPrinting Designer can't find a supported reporting template editor for the file xyz.xlsx. Error message: Call was rejected by callee"

They say they're definitely using Excel on the client machine - not Office 365.

 

Any ideas?

Thanks… I tried but couldn’t find anything on Community… pleased it’s Microsoft that’s the problem & not Qlik 😊
