Not successful in adding a new column to a table

I am very new to Qlik so asking this question.

I am trying to another add another column to a group of tables. I have tried to do so on individual tables and at the  schema level. I am trying to do this via a global transformation. I currently have 3 other columns that have been added at the schema level via global transformations successfully but I can't add a fourth. 

I have read through the user guide and looked on various websites and believe I am configuring it correctly but to no avail. 

I have stopped the task, created the transformation, saved it, reloaded the tables but no new column.
