Only show last registered post

Hi, 

I have a table with objects and have made it to only show last registered year. What I need your help with is to make it only show and sum the hours of the last registered year per objectid. As it is now it sums all registered hours for all years. As you can see in the first table below it sums up to 26 hours for object 38 but the second table shows you that the hours for 2021 is 4. How can I make it only show/count the last registered hour?
