Using this expression:

sum({$<Indicador={'Estructura de la Deuda'}>} [Saldo al momento Sin Comisiones Dlls] * [Tasa Credito2])

I am doing column  1*2=3 but the value in the third column is different and I don't understand why

Try
sum({$<Indicador={'Estructura de la Deuda'}>} [Saldo al momento Sin Comisiones Dlls] ) * [Tasa Credito2]

or if you want to multiple the sum of the two then try:

sum({$<Indicador={'Estructura de la Deuda'}>} [Saldo al momento Sin Comisiones Dlls] ) * sum([Tasa Credito2])

if you want the set analys for "Tasa credito2" then you will need to create 2 set analysis

@Pertjo is right, your order of operations are different, where you're multiplying and then summing given where your parenthesis are.  If you truly want to operate on 2 columns, you can just use column numbers column(1) * column(2) or column label names like [1] * [2]
