Melissa is a Community Strategist and Visionary. She loves the balance between working with customers, partners and all the community members while ensuring that the community has what it needs to be successful.
When not working, Melissa stays busy with her 3 teenage daughters and is currently addicted to Orange Theory Fitness.
Jeremy_Latimer, Global Moderator & Project Manager
Jeremy manages the administration of the Community Platform; ensuring system stability at all times. Jeremy manages multiple projects involving the platform and is also is a Global Moderator that you will see in the community regularly.
When not working he is enjoying his new home in TX with his wife and beautiful baby girl.
Sue_Macaluso, Community Specialist & Global Moderator
Sue is our Chief Community Moderator. On the day-to-day she keeps our community safe and organized. You will see her in the community daily overseeing conversations and moderating. Sue also takes on projects and assists with the platform administration.
When not working she keeps busy with her husband and 2 teenage children on Long Island, NY.
