How to keep audit security log for several months?

I'm using the log here

C:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\Log\Proxy\Audit\[Server_Name]_AuditSecurity_Proxy.txt

to view client host address but it is cleared when I restart the Qlik Proxy window service.

Can anyone help to  configure to maintain it over restarting Proxy service, Qlik Sense server, ie. make new logging appended to this current log.

And please help to rotate it by date and keep rotating files for several months, e.g. 6 months.

Any idea is appreciated. Thanks.
